How do I receive a confirmation of receipt for my parcel?

You receive a confirmation of receipt if you click on the 'Confirmation of Receipt' payable option on the online shipping tool. Or if you choose that option in the Post Office or Post Point. You will have to pay extra for this option.

With this option, you receive a text message or e-mail when:

  • The parcel is delivered
  • The parcel could not be delivered because the addressee was not home. In that case, your parcel is sent to the nearest Pick-up Point.
  • The addressee has not collected it from the Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Locker.
