Are you expecting a parcel from outside the EU? Then it must pass through customs first and you may have to pay extra fees. Discover how this process works.
Check the Mobile Postcard website for current prices. You pay for your postcard upon shipment, or you purchase credits in advance – your postcard is always cheaper with credits. Prices to send a photo or video postcard to an address outside Belgium: photo card to an address outside Belgium: 1.5 credits. video postcard to an address outside Belgium: 1,75 credits.

You can use credits to pay for a mobile postcard. The more credits you buy in advance, the less you pay per postcard. You can easily purchase credits via the 'Credits' menu at the bottom of the screen in the app. With 1 credit, you can send 1 card (as 'Non-priority' mail) to a destination address in Belgium. Your credits are linked to your account and always remain valid, even if the rates change. or more info about credit prices and how many credits you need for every type of postcard, check out the rates under 'Cards and envelopes'.
You can follow your parcel online with Track & Trace and the My bpost app. Enter the barcode number that is on the label of your return shipment. Please note: that is a different number than the number on the label of your original parcel. Be sure to enter the correct postcode: If there is a return label in your parcel, then the correct postcode is the postcode on the original shipping label that is attached to the parcel. If you have to create a shipping label, then the correct postcode is the postcode of the receiver of your return shipment.
