The person you send your registered mail item to cannot see who the sender is before delivery. How should I pack my return shipment?

Just like you pack regular mail: Protect the contents properly. Provide suitable and sturdy packaging with the correct dimensions. You can use a bpost box or your own box. If the box is still in good shape, then you can reuse it to send your parcel back. Remove the original shipping label or place your return label on top of the original shipping label.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We will only leave a failed delivery notice: If we cannot reach you digitally (by email or in the My bpost app). Your parcel has been sent by a private individual. This not only saves paper, it also helps protect the environment. Tracking your parcel digitally ensures you always have the latest updates at your fingertips.
I can only pick up my registered mail after the last date on the failed delivery notice. What should I do?

In this case, you have two possibilities: Either you give a postal mandate form to someone (18 and older) to pick up the registered mail in your place Or you have the Moving Department at bpost keep your mail until you return .
Before your international registered mail leaves Belgium, you can follow it via Track & Trace or the My bpost app. After it leaves Belgium, you can follow your shipment via the tracking tool of the foreign post operator. If you want written proof that the addressee received your shipment, add the confirmation of receipt option.
After payment in the My bpost app or online shipping tool, you should immediately receive a shipping label for your registered mail item in the app or shipping tool itself and by email. Check your junk folder or spam filter if you cannot find the email. If you are sure you have not received it, contact our customer service.
Where can I find stamps for special occasions?
