How does MyStamp work?

How do I send a letter abroad?

To send a letter abroad, you need an international stamp: a Europe stamp for European destinations a World stamp for the rest of the world. You can use whatever sort of paper or envelope for your international letter. You can mail your letter by dropping it in one of bpost's Red Mailboxes or drop it off in a Post Office or Postal Point .
How should I pack my return shipment?

Just like you pack regular mail: Protect the contents properly. Provide suitable and sturdy packaging with the correct dimensions. You can use a bpost box or your own box. If the box is still in good shape, then you can reuse it to send your parcel back. Remove the original shipping label or place your return label on top of the original shipping label.
How do I stamp an urgent shipment?

If your mail is urgent, choose a Priority stamp. That way your letter will arrive the next workday.
Does customs open my letter?

In principle, customs does not open any letters. But they do have the right to do that. For example, if your mail looks suspicious.
Are Track & Trace notifications legally valid proof?

Track & Trace notifications are only informative and have no legal value. Only the mailing receipt ensures that you are legally covered.
You can always return your parcel with bpost, even if it was delivered by a different postal service. In that case, you must purchase a shipping label via our website, in our eShop or in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. You send your return shipment as regular mail. The price depends on the weight, the size and the destination. Use our online shipping tool to calculate the price of your parcel.
