To have your letter delivered tomorrow within Belgium, use a prior seal and deliver your prior letter before the last collection in: A Red Letter Box. You cannot transfer funds from your bpaid card to your bank account. If you wish to cancel your bpaid card and claim the unused funds on the card, visit a Post Office. You will have to present your ID card and your bpaid card. The unused funds on the card will be transferred to your account along with a proportional part of the annual administration costs.
You can buy a shipping label in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. If you create a shipping label online, you can have it printed at a Post Office or Post Point. Indicate this option - before you pay – in your shopping basket. Please note: this choice is valid for your entire order and not per label. So if you won’t be home, you’ll still have time to set up a proxy. Open the app and tap first ‘More’, then ‘delivery preferences’. Tap ‘registered mail’ and choose your preferred proxy: ‘Last minute’ or ‘Classic’. Identify yourself (with itsme® or with your ID card) and follow the steps. You will receive a QR code, which you can pass on to the person of your choosing. This person simply shows this QR code during delivery. If you set up a traditional proxy, they will also have to present their ID card.   Set up a proxy on your failed delivery notice If you are not at home and you have not set any delivery preferences, we will leave a failed delivery notice. You can set up a proxy using this notification: Simply add the requested details on the rear and sign. Give this to the person you choose, along with a copy of the front and back of your ID card. To take receipt of the registered mail from the postwoman or man or at the Post Office counter this person presents: Their own ID card; The failed delivery notice as completed and signed by you; The copy of your ID card. There are several reasons why your parcel was not delivered according to your preference. , Your profile is not yet complete. , Your delivery preferences are linked to the email address you entered in your ‘MyPreferences’ account or the My bpost app. Perhaps the parcel was ordered with a different email address than the one entered in MyPreferences. , Tip: , Check your profile in MyPreferences A green “V” appears next to your address if your account is validated (10 days after creation). Make sure your address is correct. Add the names you use to order parcels. Add all email addresses you use to order parcels. , No email address received from sender , It is also possible that the sender did not provide us with your email address. Unless you have not agreed to this, we will link your delivery preference to the name or address on your parcel (as of 10 days after the account was created). The postman was unable to deliver your parcel to a neighbour because they were not at home or refused to accept it. Your Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker was temporarily unavailable when we delivered your parcel.
