To be sure that your letter or card is treated as priority mail abroad, attach an 'A PRIOR' stick-on label. You can get those labels for free in a Post Office.

In exceptional cases you will not receive an email confirmation with QR code. No need to worry. You can always share the QR code with your proxy holder in the My bpost app. Sharing options include WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram. QR code in the app
Special wrappings are not necessary. It's important that the contents are safe and snug in a box sealed with tape. You can use your own box or a bpost box. If you reuse a box from a previous shipment, remove all labels and stickers because they may cause confusion.
