When the postman rings your doorbell to deliver a parcel, you can also give him another parcel that you want to send. This is handy if you want to return a parcel to a webshop, for example. There are, however, a few conditions before you can hand your parcel to the postman: Your parcel must be ready for shipmen with the shipping or return label attached. Your parcel cannot weigh more than 30 kg. The postman will only accept your parcel if he needs to deliver another one to your address, so you can't just leave it next to your letterbox. Bear in mind that the postman can refuse your parcel if it does not meet the conditions, or if he cannot take it with him safely.
Only use photos that you own. Do not use shocking, unethical or illegal photos. If we get reports of improper images or messages, we will report them to the judicial or regulatory authorities. The client is responsible for the content of the postcard.
To send or return your parcel with the postman, the following conditions apply:  The postman must first deliver a parcel to your home address. You can't just leave it ready at the door or approach the postman in the street. Your parcel cannot weigh more than 30 kg. You are allowed to give the postman maximum 2 parcels per visit. Your parcel must be ready for shipping with a shipping or return label from bpost on it. Keep in mind that the postman can refuse your parcel if it does not meet the conditions or if they cannot transport the parcel safely.
bpost never gets the property rights of your photos. We only use the photos to print your postcard.

You are responsible for the quality of the photos, the layout of your postcard, and the correct address: For your photo or video postcard, choose photos of at least 1831 x 1276 pixels. Check the print preview of your postcard carefully. [ Follow the app's suggestions if an error message appears on the address. For complaints about the quality of your postcard or non-delivery, contact the Customer Care Centre. They will investigate what went wrong. If there was an error in the printing process, the Customer Care Centre will ask you to send a photo of the postcard via e-mail. This will help us find the cause of the error so it can be avoided in the future.
Payment problems are usually related to: Your internet connection: check whether your internet connection is strong enough. Try again when when you have a better Wi-Fi signal or a reliable 3G or 4G signal. The operating system of your device: the Mobile Postcard app works best on the two latest versions of iOS and Android.
You pick up the money in a Post Office in your neighbourhood or in a Ria agency. On the ‘Receive money’ form, fill in the transaction PIN code, the first and last name of the sender, and the country where the money was sent. Give the completed form to the counter clerk together with your identity document. After your details are checked, the counter clerk will pay out the amount in cash.
You do not have to enter your bank account details when you make a postcard with the Mobile Postcard app. We only need those details when you send your personalised postcard or buy credits.
Your photo must be at least 1831 x 1276 pixels. If you have a smartphone that is less than four years old, the quality of the photos you take with it should be fine. Tip for better photo quality: it's better to take a step forward than to zoom in.
