To have your letter delivered tomorrow within Belgium, use a prior seal and deliver your prior letter before the last collection in: A Red Letter Box. The photo will only be released under strict legal conditions, in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. It is kept for 13 months in line with the legal retention period. At the end of this period it is automatically erased.
You can drop off a registered mail item in a Red Letterbox if a shipping label is affixed that has been created using the My bpost app or online shipping tool. In all other cases you should drop off your registered mail at a Post Office or Post Point.
You can send the following items in Belgium with registered mail with customised insurance: coins gold or silver objects jewellery or other valuable materials securities or bearer bonds Some countries, such as the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, do not accept this service. Ask a Post Office clerk or our Customer Care Centre whether this service is accepted in the destination country.
The new feature of the My bpost app called Mail Ahead is a beta version for now. During this testing phase, we limit the number of users to a selection of beta testers.
