Just like you prepare to send any parcel. If the box is still in good shape, then you can use it to send your parcel back. Remove the original shipping label or place the return label on top of it. Always check the instructions of the original sender first to discover if you need to do something before turning in your return shipment to a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point or leaving it in a Parcel Locker, or if you give it to the postman .

You print and attach your shipping label as follows: Print your shipping label (at home) or choose the option ‘Print in a Post Office or Post Point'. Attach the shipping label to your parcel with strong tape. Make sure that it is water-proof and can withstand transportation.
After paying for the shipping label for your registered mail, you receive it in digital form in the app, online shipping tool and by email. You can print it yourself or have it printed free of charge at a Post Office or Post Point. You simply need to show the digital label to the person at the counter and they will do the rest.
The website where I ordered my parcel says 'free returns', but bpost is still charging shipping fees. Why is that?
