Can someone else receive my secure delivery?

Anyone you share your secure delivery code with can take receipt of and pick up your parcel. Unfortunately, due to the secure nature of these deliveries, we cannot always comply with your delivery preferences. So we cannot leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place or in a Parcel Locker.
What if I’m not home for a secure delivery?

If you’re not home for a secure delivery your parcel will be dropped off at a Pick-up point close to you. You or someone else with your secure delivery code will be able to pick it up within 15 days. Unfortunately, due to the secure nature of these deliveries, we cannot always comply with your delivery preferences (such as leaving it with a neighbour).
You can link an additional email address to the My bpost app as follows: Open the My bpost app and select the 'More' menu at the bottom of the screen. Select 'My email addresses' and then 'Add email address'. Enter the email address you wish to add. Enter the verification code that was sent to this email address. Parcels and shipments ordered with this email address will automatically be added to the My bpost app from now on.

Reloading your card usually takes three business days, or five in exceptional circumstances. There are two reasons why you may not see your funds on your card after five business days: You did not enter the 12-digit ID code on the back of your card (100/xxxx/xxxxx) in the structured reference field. You have reached your reload limit (minimum €10; maximum €2,500 per reload and €8,000 per year) The amount will be returned to your amount within 10 business days.
