Postal code is not required

You must ask the original sender of your parcel about that. If he/she is willing to do that, then ask him/her to create the return label online and e-mail it to you.
Just like you pack regular mail: Protect the contents properly. Provide suitable and sturdy packaging with the correct dimensions. You can use a bpost box or your own box. If the box is still in good shape, then you can reuse it to send your parcel back. Remove the original shipping label or place your return label on top of the original shipping label.
It is possible that a sender added an incorrect (and coincidentally your) email address to a shipment. Be sure to check that your email address is spelled correctly in the 'My email addresses' menu. (You will find 'My email addresses' in the 'More' menu at the bottom of the app).
Your code will be quoted in the bpost status emails sent to the address you used to make your online purchase. If you use the same email address for the My bpost app, you will also find the code there. The code consists of 6 digits and a QR code. To receive your parcel, you can have the QR code scanned or show the 6 digits.

We are sorry that our postman did not place your mail in your letterbox. The best way to report this is via the online form . We will ask for your contact details so that we can talk to the right postman about this.
If you already attached a non-priority stamp on the envelope but want it to be delivered the next workday, you must go to the Post Office. With a small surcharge – the difference between a non-priority and a priority stamp – we will turn your letter into priority mail.
In this case, you have two possibilities: Either you give a postal mandate form to someone (18 and older) to pick up the registered mail in your place Or you have the Moving Department at bpost keep your mail until you return .
