What are my possibilities to send money with Ria?

You can send and receive money from and to anywhere in the world with Ria Money Transfer. You can:

  • send cash that your addressee picks up as cash.
  • send cash to your addressee's bank account. That option is not available in every country of destination.
  • send cash to your addressee's virtual mobile account. That option is not available in every country of destination.

The counter clerk in your Post Office will tell you how your addressee can receive the money in the country where he or she lives or is staying.

When you hand over the money, the counter clerk in the Post Office will immediately give you a paper proof of remittance with the PIN code of your transfer. If you want to know whether the money was picked up, you must phone the Customer Care Center of Ria Money Transfer on the number 02 588 24 14.

Your addressee has 40 days to pick up your money. After 40 days you will receive a text message from Ria with a new PIN code so that you can pick up the money.
