Delay parcels from United Kingdom and Germany
Due to IT-problems at our partner Royal mail and strikes at Deutsche Post, we expect delays in the delivery of letters and parcels from Germany and United Kingdom to Belgium As soon as the parcel arrives in Belgium, the status of your parcel will be updated. Unfortunately, our customer service cannot provide you with further information.


My parcel could not be delivered to my home. Where and when can I pick it up?

If your parcel could not be delivered to your home, you can collect it from a Pick-up point the next day. The failed delivery notice in your mailbox will indicate where and when you can pick up your parcel.

Please note that the Pick-up point can still change. As soon as your parcel is at a Pick-up point, the status of your parcel will be updated on Track & Trace or you will be notified in the My bpost app. You will also always receive an e-mail when your parcel is ready for pick-up at a Pick-up point. Therefore, always check the status of your parcel online before you go to the Pick-up point.
