What type of photos cannot be used on Mobile Postcard?
FAQResidential
Only use photos that you own. Do not use shocking, unethical or illegal photos. If we get reports of improper images or messages, we will report them to the judicial or regulatory authorities. The client is responsible for the content of the postcard.
You always get a print preview of your postcard. If the photo quality is inadequate, or you want to add or delete decorations, continue editing your postcard until you are satisfied. We will print your photo card or video card the same day and deliver it.
You can also transfer money to your addressee's bank account. An international bank transfer takes longer than a money transfer with Ria Money Transfer. Depending on the time difference in the destination country and the opening hours of the Ria agency, your addressee can pick up the money a few minutes later with Ria Money Transfer.
There is no return label in my parcel. Can I have the return shipment paid for by the original sender?
FAQResidential
You must ask the original sender of your parcel about that. If he/she is willing to do that, then ask him/her to create the return label online and e-mail it to you.
How should I pack my return shipment?
FAQResidential
Just like you pack regular mail: Protect the contents properly. Provide suitable and sturdy packaging with the correct dimensions. You can use a bpost box or your own box. If the box is still in good shape, then you can reuse it to send your parcel back. Remove the original shipping label or place your return label on top of the original shipping label.
You can also pick up your registered mail by showing the barcode or mailing number. Don't forget to bring your ID card. Let us know if your postman didn't leave a failed delivery notice so that we can improve our services.
After payment in the My bpost app or online shipping tool, you should immediately receive a shipping label for your registered mail item in the app or shipping tool itself and by email. Check your junk folder or spam filter if you cannot find the email. If you are sure you have not received it, contact our customer service.
How do I stamp my parcel?
FAQResidential
To send a parcel, you need a shipping label. There are different ways to obtain a shipping label: Create a shipping label online or in the My bpost app and print it at home or for a fee in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. Purchase your shipping label in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point (depending on the available selection).
What is the bpost price to send a parcel abroad?
FAQResidential
If you send goods, they must always be sent as a parcel. The price to send a parcel abroad depends on the weight, size, destination and the options you choose. With bpost you can send parcels of up to 30 kg to more than 220 countries. Make your shipping label online, via the eShop, or go to a Post Office or Post Point.
It is possible that a sender added an incorrect (and coincidentally your) email address to a shipment. Be sure to check that your email address is spelled correctly in the 'My email addresses' menu. (You will find 'My email addresses' in the 'More' menu at the bottom of the app).
