Be sure to check the website of the online shop to see what their guidelines are regarding returning parcels. As soon as we have received your return shipment, the online shop will receive a message from us that a return shipment is in transit.

No, you don’t need to. You can simply open the Parcel Locker by scanning the QR code on the screen of your smartphone. You will find this QR code in your e-mail or in the My bpost app.
