How do I prepay my international registered mail?

Your international registered mail  is a priority shipment so you need the following stamps:

a Priority stamp for the correct destination (Europe or World)
a stamp for Registered Mail

How can I follow my Registered Mail online?

Surf to Track &amp; Trace. Enter the letters and numbers of the barcode in the search bar. You can find this barcode on your Mailing Receipt or your sales receipt.

My registered mail is still 'in transit' after a few days. What should I do?

bpost does all it can to deliver registered mail on the next workday. If you notice with Track &amp; Trace that your registered mail is in transit for longer, please let us know via our online customer care.

I was home but still received a failed delivery notice in the letterbox. How can I file a complaint?

When delivering registered mail and parcels, our postmen are required to ring the doorbell and wait a minimal time. Unfortunately, you might find a failed delivery notice in your letterbox even though you were home. You can file a complaint about this. Keep your failed delivery notice handy because you will need it to compete the form.
