Can I opt to continue to receive paper failed delivery notices?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We will only leave a failed delivery notice:

  • If we cannot reach you digitally (by email or in the My bpost app).
  • Your parcel has been sent by a private individual.

This not only saves paper, it also helps protect the environment. Tracking your parcel digitally ensures you always have the latest updates at your fingertips.
