You can get an invoice for your order of personalised stamps. You must make and order your stamps with MyStamp Pro, the tool for companies, and mention your VAT number when paying. We will send your invoice 3 workdays after your order was placed to the address that you mentioned.
All cards made in the Mobile Postcard app are printed and sent from Belgium. Cards for a destination in Belgium are sent at domestic rates. For cards that are destined for other countries, you pay international rates. Take a look at all our rates under the menu option 'Cards and envelopes'.
This depends. Did you hit the send button? If so, you will have lost a credit or credits. If you enter a Belgian address, the app will check whether bpost is familiar with the address. And if it suspects you've made an error in the address, a message and a suggestion will appear. We recommend following these suggestions.
The original sender of your parcel determines the return terms and conditions. You might have to pay for part of the return shipment. Always check the return terms and conditions on the website of the original sender in advance, or contact the original sender.
Special wrappings are not necessary. It's important that the contents are safe and snug in a box sealed with tape. You can use your own box or a bpost box. If you reuse a box from a previous shipment, remove all labels and stickers because they may cause confusion.
