Will I receive proof of deposit if I hand in my registered mail item?

Yes, you also receive proof of deposit when sending registered mail.

If you have the person at the counter create your registered mail item, you will be given a paper proof of deposit. If you create your registered mail item in the My bpost app, you will see a digital proof of deposit when the registered item enters our network.

In both cases, proof of deposit is a legally valid document proving that your mail item has been posted.
