Is my international registered mail insured?

Yes, your international registered mail is insured by default against theft, loss and damage for an amount of maximum 30 SDR per registered mail. The SDR is a monetary unit created by the international Monetary Fund. If you want to customise the insurance value of your registered mail, choose registered mail with customised insurance.
I have a no-advertising sticker, but still receive unaddressed advertising. What can I do?

If you have a no-advertising sticker and you still receive unaddressed advertising, contact our Customer Care Centre (FR: 02 278 50 14 - NL: 02 278 50 15 ). Take into account that bpost is not the only company to deliver free local papers.
Why can I only use my official name for Mail Ahead?

Can I edit the location or time of a delivery?

Once you have attached the shipping label to your parcel and placed it in one of bpost's Post Points, you can no longer edit the shipping details. Your addressee can edit his/her delivery preferences online or via the My bpost app (for all parcels or per parcel).
You do need credits to send a postcard; it's also possible to pay for your postcards using other methods when you send them. However, if you buy at least five credits in advance, you will receive a discount on your postcards.
In exceptional cases you will not receive an email confirmation with QR code. No need to worry. You can always share the QR code with your proxy holder in the My bpost app. Sharing options include WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram. QR code in the app
Where can I find stamps for special occasions?

bpost regularly issues special stamps for national mail, Priority stamps, and Non-Priority stamps with a value of 1. Special stamps can be purchased in: Our eShop A Post Office or Post Point A stamp shop (bookshops, supermarkets, petrol stations, etc.) Note: for non-standardised mail you must attach multiple special stamps until you attain the correct price.
To have your letter delivered tomorrow within Belgium, use a prior seal and deliver your prior letter before the last collection in: A Red Letter Box.
