Shipping labels can be created for deliveries to pick-up points in the Netherlands with the PrestaShop and WooCommerce plug-ins. Shipments to Pick-up points in other countries will be available soon. If you have any questions about your plugin, you can always email eol@bpost.be . Shipping labels cannot currently be created for deliveries to a Pick-up point in another country than Belgium with the Adobe Commerce, Ecwid and Shopify plugins, but they will be available soon. However, you can manually create a label for delivery to a Pick-up point abroad on the bpost shipping platform.
How do I know if registered mail is on its way to me?

If we know your email address you will automatically receive an email and a notification in the My bpost app that a registered mail item is on its way. It’s easy to turn these notifications on and off in the My bpost app. If you are unable to take receipt of this registered mail item, you have these options: You can have it delivered straight to your letterbox. You can give someone a proxy to take receipt on your behalf . You can postpone delivery of your registered mail by one working day or have it delivered straight to a Post Office or Post Point near you.
I cannot find my parcel in my safe place. What do I do now?

Ask whether someone else (a neighbour or co-occupant) found your parcel in your safe place. Small parcels can also be delivered in your letterbox. If you still cannot find your parcel, contact the sender for a solution. Only the sender can submit a complaint regarding an untraceable parcel. If you chose a safe place under My Delivery Preferences and this was not respected, you can report this via the online form at the bottom of this page. HS stands for Harmonized System .This is a uniform system of codes used by customs worldwide to identify goods. Each type of goods has its own HS code, ranging from animals, plants, textiles, machines, weapons, stones and metals to furniture, toys, art, drinks and chemical products. When a shipment crosses the borders of the European Union, it passes through customs in the country of destination. For these dutiable shipments, the 6-digit HS code is required on the mandatory CN23 form. Based on the code, customs will calculate the import duties after which the shipment can be released. Will bpost pick up my parcel?

If desired, we will pick up your return shipment at your home. The price for the ‘Pick-up on demand’ service depends on where we must pick up your parcel. You request a pick-up or "collect" online. If you request a pick-up online before 11:30 or via phone before 12:00, then the postman will pick up your parcel(s) the same day between 12:00 and 17:00. If you contact us later in the day, then the postman will pass by the next workday. Attach a bpost shipping label on every parcel. That label is not included in the price of the pick-up. You can have multiple parcels picked up simultaneously: maximum 1.5 m³ and 500 kg per pick-up. Each parcel can weigh maximum 30 kg.

And more are being added. Please note that your parcel for a Pick-up point in France must meet the following conditions: The length of your parcel may not exceed 120 cm. The sum of the length, width and height of your parcel may not exceed 150 cm. Your parcel can weigh maximum 30 kg. You can easily select the desired Pick-up point when creating your shipping label online via our online shipping tool.

How should I return a parcel?

You have two options. The original sender provided a return label: Attach the return label to the box. Bring the parcel to a bpost Post Office, Post Point, Parcel Point or Parcel Locker, give it to the postman when he delivers you a parcel or have it picked up. The original sender did not provide a return label: Purchase a shipping label online, via our eShop, or in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. The price depends on the weight and size of your parcel and the destination. Attach the shipping label to the box then bring the parcel to bpost or have it picked up. If you know that you will send the parcel back, even before it is delivered, then refuse it at the door. We will return it to the original sender.
