Why wasn’t my parcel sent to the nearest Bbox?

The choice of a Bbox depends on availability and the deliverer’s route. As a result, it may be that:

  • the nearest Bbox wasn't available
  • another Bbox is better suited to the deliverer’s route
  • in the meantime, new Bboxes have been installed in your neighbourhood
  • the selected Bbox is different from previous deliveries

This way, we avoid detours and ensure that your parcel is available as soon as possible.
