Why does the webshop email mention a different Pick-up point than bpost?

Sometimes the Pick-up point changes at the last minute – for example, when a parcel locker is full or a location is temporarily closed. In that case, bpost will deliver your parcel to another location nearby.

The webshop email may still refer to the originally planned Pick-up point, which can be a bit confusing. Rely on the email from bpost: it contains the correct address to collect your parcel.
