The unique code generated by bpost, which is used in tracking notifications, is only sent to the email address the sender provides when creating the shipping label. The secure delivery code will also be available in your recipient’s My bpost app if the same email address is linked to the recipient’s app account.
The Screenless Parcel Lockers are used entirely with the My bpost app. Your smartphone will communicate via Bluetooth with the Parcel Locker to open it. For the Parcel Lockers with a screen, you will need to scan the QR code or manually enter the 6-digit code you have received by e-mail and in the My bpost app.

bpost delivers the parcel based on the stated address.
