When can I expect to receive a paper failed delivery notice?

We will only leave a failed delivery notice: If we cannot reach you digitally. If the shipper does not share your email address with us. You don’t have a bpost account or have not set any delivery preferences. Your parcel is sent by a private individual. That could be a present from a friend or family, say.
bpost does all it can to deliver registered mail on the next workday. If you notice with Track & Trace that the registered mail you sent is in transit for longer, please let us know via our online form .
