I cannot pick up the money. Can someone else do that? Someone with the correct documents or a mandate?

You can send money with Ria Money Transfer in five easy steps:

• You complete the ‘Send Money’ form.
• You give the form to the counter clerk together with your identity document and the money.
• You sign as correct and get a receipt that states the PIN code of your transaction.
• You contact your addressee and communicate the PIN code that he or she needs to pick up the money.
• Your addressee picks up the cash at a Ria agency with the PIN code and his or her identity document.

You can send cash with Ria Money Transfer: you pay the amount in cash at the counter. You can have the money deposited on the bank account of your addressee in some countries. For that, you need your addressee's account number (IBAN for Europe) and the name and BIC code of his or her bank. The counter clerk in your Post Office will tell you which countries allow this.
Please note: you cannot transfer cash to a bank account in Belgium. Your addressee must pick up the cash at a Post Office or Ria agency.

You can send and receive money from and to anywhere in the world with Ria Money Transfer. You can:

• send cash that your addressee picks up as cash.
• send cash to your addressee's bank account. That option is not available in every country of destination.
• send cash to your addressee's virtual mobile account. That option is not available in every country of destination.

The counter clerk in your Post Office will tell you how your addressee can receive the money in the country where he or she lives or is staying.
