What happens if the addressee has moved house?

bpost delivers the parcel based on the stated address. If your addressee no longer lives there, we register that the address is not correct or that the addressee no longer lives there. bpost sends the parcel back to you. If you think that your parcel was wrongfully sent back to you, you can report this via the online form at the bottom of this page.
I have sent my parcel via the parcel locker, but I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What do I do now?

Once you have followed all the instructions on the screen, you will normally receive a confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive an e-mail. phone us on 02 320 23 90 or contact us via the form.
You must always know which country you are sending money to. Depending on the country, you must also indicate where (in which Ria agency and which city) your addressee will pick up the money. The counter clerk in your Post Office will tell you which countries require you to choose a Ria agency.

You can pay for your order at the time you send your postcards. You may prefer to purchase credits in advance. With credits, you pay less per card, sending goes more quickly and you can send multiple postcards at the same time via the app.

How does bpost print my video on a postcard?

We don't print the video on the postcard. Instead, video postcards feature a QR code. The recipient of your postcard scans the QR code on the front with the Mobile Postcard app, an external QR app, or the camera on a recent smartphone. They can then watch and hear your video. The film of your video postcard can last for as long as one minute. It remains available for one year.
The website where I ordered my parcel says 'free returns', but bpost is still charging shipping fees. Why is that?

If the counter clerk at your Post Office or Post Point asks you to pay, then the return shipment is not free. Read the terms and conditions for returning parcels on the website of the online shop. Your return shipment is probably an exception to the free returns policy.
