How can I be sure that I enter the correct address?

When you type a Belgian address, the app automatically checks whether bpost is familiar with that address. If the app suspects an error, it will give you a warning message and a suggested correction. Tip: always add the box number if there is one.
Regrettably, this is not possible. Your parcel remains available at a Pick-up point for 14 calendar days and at a Parcel Locker for 5 calendar days. After that it will be sent back to the sender.
Can I change the time of delivery?

You can postpone delivery of your parcel once by one working day. You’ll get an email or a notification in the My bpost app stating the delivery date and location when your parcel is on its way. You’ll then be able to postpone delivery to the next working day.
You enter the promotional code after creating the postcard, when you are ready to send it – after adding the address of the addressee. Note: you can only use a promotional code and send a card with a Mobile Postcard account.
Can someone else receive my secure delivery?

Anyone you share your secure delivery code with can take receipt of and pick up your parcel. Unfortunately, due to the secure nature of these deliveries, we cannot always comply with your delivery preferences. So we cannot leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place or in a Parcel Locker.
If the distance between your home and work address is too great, we cannot offer this option under MyPreferences. You can have your parcel delivered directly to your workplace. You do that by listing your work address (instead of your home address) in the webshop checkout.
You can personalise a postcard for lots of people by resending the card. Send the card to one person. Then, in the app, go to 'Follow-up', tap on the sent card and choose 'Resend'. You can still edit the card to add, for example, a different salutation.
Are there separate prices for entrepreneurs?

Entrepreneurs who want to allow their clients to send postcards should use Mobile Postcard Pro. You're able to give your clients a free card to send with the app using a promotional code. Perfect if, for example, you have a stand at a fair and want to allow visitors to send a card to someone.
