That depends on the receiving country. For most countries, you only have to indicate the name of the country. For some countries, you must also indicate in which Ria agency your addressee will pick up the money. The counter clerk in your Post Office will tell you which countries require you to choose a Ria agency.

You receive status updates to ensure you always know where your parcel is. You cannot transfer funds from your bpaid card to your bank account. If you wish to cancel your bpaid card and claim the unused funds on the card, visit a Post Office. You will have to present your ID card and your bpaid card. The unused funds on the card will be transferred to your account along with a proportional part of the annual administration costs.
