To send a parcel, you need a shipping label. There are different ways to obtain a shipping label: Create a shipping label online or in the My bpost app and print it at home or for a fee in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. Purchase your shipping label in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point (depending on the available selection).
In the eShop or at a Post Office , You can buy a “ , Domestic , registered mail kit” in the eShop, which is enough for 10 registered mail items. What’s in the kit: 10 prior stamps for domestic mail 10 registered mail stamps 10 proofs of posting for domestic registered items The kit is also available in Post Offices. , In the My bpost app or via our shipping tool , You can also frank your registered mail item using the My bpost app or our online shipping tool . In that case, you will receive a digital shipping label, which you should print and affix to your mail item. This label is used instead of a prior stamp and a registered mail stamp.

From the options select “digital acknowledgement of receipt”. Confirm your order to request proof of receipt. Place your letter in a red bpost mailbox or drop it off in a Post Office or Post Point.
The original sender of your parcel determines whether you must be able to present a proof of shipment to get the money from your purchase back. The barcode on the label is scanned in the Post Office or Post Point to send the parcel, or the postman taking your parcel scans the label for shipment. The original sender sees when the parcel is scanned in our Track & Trace tool. You can always take a screenshot of the Track & Trace tool or the My bpost app and e-mail it as proof. If you purchase a shipping label in a Post Office or Post Point, then you can request a Shipping Receipt and mail a copy to the original sender. You can request a confirmation of receipt via text message or e-mail either online or in your Post Office or Post Point with the 'confirmation of receipt' option. As soon as your return shipment is delivered or picked up at a Pick-up point, you will receive an e-mail or text message. If none of this is sufficient for the sender as proof, please contact our customer service.
