When will my parcel be delivered?
We try to deliver all national parcels the next workday. You can follow the status of your parcel with Track & Trace and the My bpost app. The stated time slot is an indication; 95% of the parcels are delivered within this time slot.

I am expecting a parcel, but have not received a barcode. What do I do now?
In that case, contact the sender of your parcel and ask for the barcode. Without a barcode, we cannot follow your parcel with Track & Trace.

How do I know who is the sender of my parcel?
Based on your parcel's barcode number, you can check the name and address of the sender with Track & Trace and the My bpost app.

I downloaded the My bpost app, but the app doesn't work. What do I do now?
Make sure that you always use the latest version of the My bpost app. Update the My bpost app with the App Store or Google Play. If the My bpost still doesn't react, delete the app then reinstall it.
What can I use the My bpost app for?
With the My bpost app, you can track, receive and send all your parcels with just one app. Follow all your parcels in an easy way, even parcels from other parcel delivery companies. Most bpost parcels are automatically added to the app, but you can add parcels from other delivery companies yourself by entering the barcode of your parcel. Decide for which parcels you would like to receive status notifications. Via your delivery Preferences you determine where your bpost parcel will be delivered, up to 5 minutes before delivery, if you are not home: with a preferred neighbour, in a safe place, or in a chosen Pick-up point or Parcel Locker. Quickly create a shipping label to send a parcel and just print the label at home, at a Post Office or at a Post Point near you.
Moreover, with My Mail you can see which items are on the way to your house. This functionality is still in the testing phase and is only available to a limited audience.
