Can I change or delete my email address in the My bpost app?
Your My bpost app account must be linked to at least one email address. If you want to use a different email address, you can:
- Create a new account for the My bpost app. You do this by signing out of your current account via the 'More' menu and then selecting 'Sign out'. Then you can create a new account in the app using your new email address.
- If you no longer use your old email address, you can also simply add your new address to your current account. Select the 'More' menu, choose 'My email addresses' then enter the email address you wish to add. Parcels and shipments ordered with this email address will automatically be added to the My bpost app from now on.
The email addresses you have added can easily be changed or deleted.
