The My bpost app doesn't recognise my parcel. What do I do now?

Sometimes we only receive the barcode from the sender at a later moment in time. As a result, you cannot follow your parcel. In that case, try again later. Double check that you entered the correct barcode and postcode. Be sure to select the correct postal service from the list. If you don't know the name of the postal service, select 'I don't know'. If you know the name of the postal service but it's not in our list, send us a message via the app. We will add it to the current list.
Can I get an invoice for my company?

An invoice is not possible for postcards you make in the Mobile Postcard app. But you can get an invoice if you purchase promotional codes to give as gifts to your clients. Discover more options for your company on the bpost Mobile Postcard website.
Yes! You create more visibility for your company when you give your clients the opportunity to send one or more Mobile Postcards as a gift. With a promotional code, they can do exactly this. You can even make sure your logo and/or name appears on them if you wish. Give your contacts the option of sending free postcards, for example via your magazine, brochure or menu, in an email, or at a stand with a photo booth at a fair or festival.
You can follow all your parcels with the My bpost app. Also those from other postal services. bpost parcels linked to your email addresses in the My bpost app are added automatically. It is easy to add other parcels in the app: Click on ‘add a shipment’ on the app start screen Enter the parcel's barcode number or scan the barcode with the app. Select the postal service from the list. If your postal service is not in the list, send us a message via the app. We will add it to the current list. Enter the postcode of the delivery address.
How long are my credits valid?

Does the addressee need a QR scanner to watch the video?

The recipient of your video postcard does not need a QR scanner. They can also access the video with the Mobile Postcard app or the camera of a recent smartphone.
How long can my video be?

Videos that you send with Mobile Postcard last a maximum of one minute. If you upload a longer video to the Mobile Postcard app, it will automatically be cut at the one-minute mark. You can shorten the video yourself in the app.

Entrepreneurs who want to allow their clients to send postcards should use Mobile Postcard Pro. You're able to give your clients a free card to send with the app using a promotional code. Perfect if, for example, you have a stand at a fair and want to allow visitors to send a card to someone.
What happens to mail that is insufficiently franked?

If you have written your address on the back of the envelope, your mail item will be returned to you. If you have not, the addressee will have to pay a charge before the mail item can be delivered. The addressee has to frank a yellow card covering the amount of the missing postage. We deliver the mail item once we receive this postage card at the address stated.
Do I need to set a password for the app?

If you want to send a postcard or buy credits, you need an account with a password. It's very easy to set this up in the app. The benefits of an account: You can buy multiple credits and receive a discount. You can save the design of your postcards. You can access your credits on both your smartphone and your tablet. Your addresses are saved. There's no need type them in again and again. You have an overview of all the cards you've sent.
