In some countries, your addressee can pick up the money at any Ria agency. For other countries, the sender must indicate in which agency your addressee must pick up the money. The counter clerk in your Post Office will give you more information about this.
Always check the details of your money transfer carefully before signing the form and agreeing to the transfer. The counter clerk uses those details to send your money. If an error was made, you must go back to the Post Office or Ria agency where the money was sent and modify the transaction.

How do I know if I can track my shipment?
FAQResidential
You can check by looking at the barcode of your shipment. All shipments with a barcode can be tracked online, unless it starts with the letter 'U'.
, A barcode with the letter 'U' is not traceable and is only used to enable the import procedure in the country of destination. The barcode is mentioned in our communication about your shipment (My bpost app, email or text message), on the receipt from the Post Office and on the postman's attempted delivery notice. To track your shipment, you need to enter the full barcode via Track & Trace or in the My bpost app .
You can set up this service free of charge in the My bpost app under ‘delivery preferences’. All you need to do is identify yourself. You can do that using itsme or by scanning your ID card in the app. You can also go along to a post office to request delivery of registered mail straight to your letterbox. You will have to show your ID card for this.
Can I follow my parcel online?
FAQResidential
You can follow your parcel online with Track & Trace or the My bpost app. If you have a bpost account, you can also follow your parcel in the bpost shipping tool. You'll need the barcode number or the reference of your parcel. Those details are on your shipping label or you received them via text message or e-mail; they are also on the shipping receipt or Post Office receipt.
You cannot transfer funds from your bpaid card to your bank account. If you wish to cancel your bpaid card and claim the unused funds on the card, visit a Post Office. You will have to present your ID card and your bpaid card. The unused funds on the card will be transferred to your account along with a proportional part of the annual administration costs.
