When you create an account, you need a password for the app. You do not need an account to design a postcard. You need an account with a password to send the postcard. Advantages of an account: You buy several credits with a discount. You can save your designs. You can access your credits on your smartphone and your tablet. Your addresses are saved in the app. You don't have to retype them each time. You get an overview of all the cards you have sent. Making an account is fast and easy. We send you a confirmation e-mail when you pay for a postcard, buy credits, or use credits.

Can I log into Mobile Postcard with the same details as for MyCard?
You need a separate account for Mobile Postcard. Mobile Postcard and MyCard are two separate bpost services for creating online cards. Mobile Postcard works with an app on your smartphone or your tablet. You use MyCard on your computer. You need a separate account for each of the two.
What should I do if the Mobile Postcard app freezes or is slow?
Download the latest version: we update the app regularly. Make sure that you are using the latest version. Check if there is an update in the App Store or Google Play. Restart the app: if a new version is not available, close the app completely, then reopen it. Reinstall the app: if the app still has problems, delete the app from your smartphone or tablet, then reinstall it once again. Please note: your designs and addresses will be lost if you delete the app. Contact the Customer Care Centre: if the problem isn't solved with all these steps, be sure to contact the Customer Care Centre. We will work as quickly as we can to solve the technical problem. Have the following information handy when you phone the Customer Care Centre: brand of your smartphone or tablet, type of device, version of the operating system on your device, and version of the app. You can find this in the app under Menu &gt; Version of the app.
Can I change the language of the app?
The Mobile Postcard app exists in Dutch, French and English. The app adjusts to the language of your device. You can change the language in the settings of your smartphone or tablet.
How do I delete saved addresses in the Mobile Postcard app?

Can I upload an address list so that I don't have to input the addresses manually?
You don't have to input all addresses manually. You can also import them from the address book on your smartphone or tablet. It currently is not possible to import an Excel file.
Which operating system does my smartphone need to have to run the app?
Mobile Postcard works best on the two latest versions of iOS and Android. Devices that are 4 years old and older encounter technical problems more quickly. Will I get a clear preview of my postcard so I can check the photo quality?
You always get a print preview of your postcard. If the photo quality is not all right or you want to add or delete decorations, continue editing your postcard until you are completely satisfied. We will print your photo card or video card the same day and deliver it within 3 workdays within Belgium.
Are changes saved when I close the app?
If you are logged in, the design of your postcard is saved when you close the app. You can work on it later. Go to Follow-up &gt; On Hold. The design is saved in the memory of your smartphone or your tablet. That means you cannot access it from a different device.
Can I save addresses in the Mobile Postcard app?
The Mobile Postcard app automatically saves all addresses to which you sent a postcard. You don't have to retype and validate your popular addresses.
Does the Mobile Postcard app give a message if the quality of my photos is not good?
The app doesn't give a warning, but you can check the quality of your postcard using the print preview. With a smartphone that is less than 4 years old, the quality will be fine. If your smartphone is older, make sure that the photos are at least 1831 x 1276 pixels. Tip for better photo quality: zooming in creates a less sharp image. It's better to come a step closer than to zoom in.
Do I need the internet to make a postcard with Mobile Postcard?
You do not need internet access to make a postcard, but you do need it to send and pay for your postcard. That is handy if you are on holiday at a destination where there is hardly any internet. You make your postcards where and when you want. And you send them when you have access to a mobile network and Wi-Fi. Important: the connection must be strong enough.
Can I make changes if the photo quality is not good?
In the app, you can use a photo filter for photos that are beautiful but of less good quality. Sepia, black-and-white and warm tints are nice filters. The blur will be less noticeable on your postcard or video card. Simply add the photo then click on it. If possible, use smartphone photos that are at least 1831 x 1276 pixels. If your smartphone is less than 4 years old, the quality will generally be fine. Tip: don't zoom too much when taking photos because that creates a less sharp image.
How long will my personalised postcard be saved?
Unsent postcards remain in the app as a design until you delete or send them. Sent postcards also remain in your overview. If you want to send the same card again, you can do so up to 2 weeks after having sent the card the first time. That way you don't have to recreate a nice design.
Will I be informed automatically about app updates?
You will not be notified about updates. Allow your apps to update automatically or update them manually. Your iPhone or iPad automatically updates the Mobile Postcard app for iOS 13 or higher. You will not get a message about this. If you have an older operating system, update the app manually. In the app, go to Menu &gt; Version. This will bring you to the App Store. Click on ‘Update’ to download the update. If you have an Android smartphone or tablet, you will not get messages about updates. You can adjust the settings on your device so that apps are updated automatically. You do this under the Google Play settings.
