All cards made in the Mobile Postcard app are printed and sent from Belgium. Cards for a destination in Belgium are sent at domestic rates. For cards that are destined for other countries, you pay international rates. Take a look at all our rates under the menu option 'Cards and envelopes'.

You're also able to pay per order (for one or more postcards).However, purchasing credits in advance does have its advantages:You save time because you don't have to pay on a postcard by postcard basis.You save money because your postcards cost less with credits.

How long are my credits valid?

Your credits for making postcards remain valid for three years after the last time you send a postcard or buy credits using the Mobile Postcard app.

Do I have to enter my bank account details in advance to make a postcard?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to enter your bank account details when you make a postcard with the Mobile Postcard app. We only need those details when you send your personalised postcard or buy credits.

Can I transfer credits from one account to another?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's possible. You'll need to have access to both accounts to do it.Log in to the account to which you want to transfer the credits. Go to 'Menu' and then 'My account'.Select ‘Transfer my credits' and enter the email address for the account from which you want to transfer the credits.You'll receive an email requesting your confirmation. This will be sent to the email address for the account from which you want to transfer the credits.Confirm this and the credits will be transferred within two days.

Where can I find my credits in the Mobile Postcard app?

When you are logged in, your credits are under: Menu &gt; My account &gt; My credits. Log in under Menu &gt; Log in.

How many credits can I buy in one go?

Accepted Answer

You can buy anything from 5 to 1400 credits in one go. They are available in multiples of 5 or 10.

How many postcards do I need to buy to qualify for a discount?

The price per postcard drops if you buy at least five credits in advance. Check all our prices under 'Cards and envelopes'.

How soon after payment do credits appear in the Mobile Postcard app?

Accepted Answer

Credits for personalised postcards appear in your app immediately after your payment. If you don't see them, close the Mobile Postcard app, then reopen it. If you still don't see your new credits, log out then log back in using the same address as you used when you bought the credits.

How much text can I put on a Mobile Postcard?

You can put 15 lines of text on the back of your card. The app lets you know if your text is too long.

Can I buy promotional codes as a business and give them as gifts?

Yes! You create more visibility for your company when you give your clients the opportunity to send one or more Mobile Postcards as a gift. With a promotional code, they can do exactly this. You can even make sure your logo and/or name appears on them if you wish. Give your contacts the option of sending free postcards, for example via your magazine, brochure or menu, in an email, or at a stand with a photo booth at a fair or festival.

Do I have to buy credits if I want to make a card with a photo using Mobile Postcard?

You do need credits to send a postcard; it's also possible to pay for your postcards using other methods when you send them. However, if you buy at least five credits in advance, you will receive a discount on your postcards.
