There are several ways to print a shipping label created in the My bpost app: You can print it from the app if your smartphone is connected to a printer. After creation in the app, you will receive an email containing the shipping label, which you can print using your computer. You can also send the email with the shipping label to someone who can print it for you. You can choose to have your shipping label printed in a Post Office or Post Point (€0.75). This option must be ticked when you create your shipping label (last step in the process). You will receive a unique barcode; show this at a Post Office or Post Point. An employee will print your shipping label and make sure your parcel is delivered.
Go to Track & Trace or use the My bpost app to track your mail. Enter the alphanumerical part of the barcode of your mail item. You’ll find this on the proof of receipt or your till receipt. If you created a shipping label, you can track your registered mail item in the My bpost app.
You can also pick up your registered mail by showing the barcode or mailing number. Don't forget to bring your ID card. Let us know if your postman didn't leave a failed delivery notice so that we can improve our services.

As soon as your parcel crosses the border, another foreign postal service will take care of the delivery. If our foreign colleagues provide status notifications, you will be able to follow them in our Track & Trace or the My bpost app . You can always try to follow your shipment via the tracking tool of the foreign postal service.

Wrap up fragile objects properly, for instance with bubble wrap. , Close the box , Use strong adhesive tape (at least 48 mm wide). Ensure the box is properly closed, including the sides , Affix the shipping label , Create a shipping label online or visit a point of sale to obtain this label. Affix your shipping label on the largest side, ensuring it is completely readable. If you are using an old box, remove any other labels or barcode.
