Why is the My Bpost app no longer supported on iOS 16?
To keep the My Bpost app secure, stable and reliable, we regularly align the app with the iOS versions that Apple actively supports.
iOS 16 no longer receives all the latest security and performance updates from Apple. As a result, we can no longer guarantee that the app will continue to work optimally and securely. To ensure smooth performance and protect your data, we have decided to end support for iOS 16 and focus on more recent iOS versions.
What does this mean in practice?
From 27 May, if your device is running iOS 16: the My Bpost app will no longer work; you will no longer be able to use features such as parcel tracking, managing deliveries or opening Bbox lockers via the app.
By updating your iOS, you can continue using the My Bpost app as usual.
