Track & Trace says that my parcel was delivered, but my addressee says he/she didn't get it. What should I do?

  • Ask the addressee if he/she looked in their letterbox.
  • Ask the addressee whether the parcel was delivered to the neighbours or in a safe place, in accordance with his/her delivery preferences.
    If the addressee cannot find the parcel, report the problem on our website. Keep the barcode number or the reference on hand.
