Can I transfer funds from my bpaid card to my bank account?

You cannot transfer funds from your bpaid card to your bank account. If you wish to cancel your bpaid card and claim the unused funds on the card, visit a Post Office. You will have to present your ID card and your bpaid card. The unused funds on the card will be transferred to your account along with a proportional part of the annual administration costs.

You can pay the postman for your parcel with the Payconiq by Bancontact app or one of the following banking apps that offers the Payconiq by Bancontact functionality: KBC, BNP Parisbas Fortis, Belfius, ING, Argenta, AXA bank, ABK bank, Bank Van Breda, Beobank, CBC banque, CPH banque, Crelan, Deutsche Bank, Fintro, Hello Bank Keytrade, Nagelmackers, VDK spaarbank.
If you receive a parcel at home with 'payment on delivery', you can pay for it in various ways:

Once the import costs are calculated, you will find a detailed overview of the costs in Track & Trace and in the My bpost app. You will receive a request to pay the import costs. This can be by email, text message or notification if you have installed the My bpost app. If the sender did not send us the data digitally, you will receive a letter with a payment request. You can make the payment securely via the My bpost app or by signing in via Track & Trace. You can pay via Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa or mobile banking. Also from abroad. PayPal and bank transfers are not possible. Exceptionally, you can pay your import costs in another way . Watch out for fake messages and phishing; bpost will never ask you to pay by bank transfer or provide a bank account number. Read all about it on our phishing page .

You will receive a notification for these parcels in your app.
