How do you send a parcel without a label?
Write down the unique code
Write this code clearly on the outside of your parcel. Take it to your nearest location of Screenless Parcel Lockers.
Sending with the My bpost app
Follow the steps in the My bpost app to select your locker. You will receive a reminder of your unique code before you place the parcel in the locker.
How do you return an parcel without a label?
Verifying the sender offers a return option
Go to the online shop where you made your purchase to check whether you can have your return label printed at a Post Office or Post Point. If not, unfortunately you will not be able to return your parcel using a return code. If so, open the My bpost app.
Adding a return in the My bpost app
Go to the ‘send’ menu in the My bpost app. Add your parcel if you do not see it in the menu. Follow the instructions to book or find a suitable locker.
Writing down a return code on your parcel
Just before you book or open a locker, in the app you will be asked whether you want to send your parcel without a label. Select this option and note the unique code displayed clearly on your parcel.
Placing your parcel in the locker
If there is still a shipping label on your parcel, cross it out first and write your unique code next to it. Place your parcel in the locker and close the door. bpost will do the rest.
Please note: Sending or returning parcels without a label via a Screenless Parcel Locker is currently not available for shipments outside the European Union.
