By buying your credits in advance, you save yourself valuable time and money: You don't need to pay for your postcards one by one. The price of a postcard is cheaper if you buy multiple credits at one time. Your credits are linked to your accounts and always remain valid, even if the rates happen to change.
You can personalise a postcard for lots of people by resending the card. Send the card to one person. Then, in the app, go to 'Follow-up', tap on the sent card and choose 'Resend'. You can still edit the card to add, for example, a different salutation.
If you are logged in, the design of your postcard is saved when you close the app. You can work on it later. Go to Follow-up > On hold. The design is saved in the memory of your smartphone or your tablet. That means you cannot access it from a different device.
You can find the different Drop-off points and their opening hours: Via 'Find a Drop-off Point' In the online shipping tool when you create a shipping label You can also give your parcel to the postman when he delivers another one to you. More information about handing your parcel to the postman .

Luckily, your credits are linked to your account. You can simply install the Mobile Postcard app on your new smartphone and log in with your chosen email address and password. You'll find your available credits under the 'Credits' menu at the bottom of the app screen. Your designs, sent cards and addresses are saved on your smartphone. You'll unfortunately not be able to find these on your new device.
Via MyPreferences you can list a safe place where your parcel can be delivered if you are not home. This is a place round your house. Tips: Make sure that the chosen place is safe, dry and easily accessible. Upload 2 photos via MyPreferences to help our postmen. Your safe place can be the garden shed or a spot under a lean-to. Please note that in some cases we can't deliver to your safe place. Discover in which cases .
In the app, you can use a photo filter for photos that are beautiful but of lesser quality. Sepia, black-and-white and warm tints are nice filters. The blur will be less noticeable on your postcard or video card. Simply add the photo then click on it. If possible, use smartphone photos that are at least 1831 x 1276 pixels. If your smartphone is less than four years old, any photos you take with it should be of good enough quality. Tip: don't zoom too much when taking a photo. A zoomed image is not as sharp.
