Most senders have fixed agreements with bpost for lost parcels. Only the sender can file a complaint for a lost parcel because the sender pays bpost for the shipment. He needs to meet certain deadlines for this, but in the meantime he can decide, in consultation with you, to send the parcel again or to refund you. Your parcel has already been delivered on our Track & Trace, but you haven't received it? Then check the following possibilities before contacting the sender: Ask if someone else (your neighbour or co-inhabitant) has received your parcel. The postman may have placed it into the letterbox if it is a small parcel. Your parcel may have been delivered according to your delivery preferences (immediately at a Pick-up point, at your safe place, to your neighbour). Make sure that you have not received an attempted delivery notice from the postman in your letterbox. This will tell you where your parcel is. It is possible that the sender asks you to confirm that you did not receive the parcel by e-mail or signed document when the parcel was sent with guarantee.
Enter your return address at Menu > My account > Return address. If something goes wrong during delivery, the card will be sent back to you.
This depends on the type of postcard and the destination: 'Non-priority' postcard to Belgium: 1 credit 'Priority' postcard to Belgium: 1.25 credits Postcard to a country other than Belgium: 1.5 credits 'Non-priority' video card to Belgium: 1.25 credits • 'Priority' video card to Belgium: 1.5 credits Video card to a country other than Belgium: 1.75 credits See all our rates under the menu option 'Cards and evelopes'.
You're more than welcome to add text to your postcard or video card. After you've chosen your photo or photos, a little decoration in the form of a theme, stickers and/or text is a great way to add a personal touch.
The price of a video card depends on the following factors: The sending method for your video card: 'Priority' (delivered the next workday) or 'Non-priority' (delivered within three workdays). The destination of your video card: Belgium or abroad. The number of credits that you purchase in advance. (You can also make just one video card and pay for it.) By buying credits in advance, you pay less than you would if you pay for your cards one by one. Take a look at all our rates under 'Cards and envelopes'.
When the postman rings your doorbell to deliver a parcel, you can also give him another parcel that you want to send. This is handy if you want to return a parcel to a webshop, for example. There are, however, a few conditions before you can hand your parcel to the postman: Your parcel must be ready for shipmen with the shipping or return label attached. Your parcel cannot weigh more than 30 kg. The postman will only accept your parcel if he needs to deliver another one to your address, so you can't just leave it next to your letterbox. Bear in mind that the postman can refuse your parcel if it does not meet the conditions, or if he cannot take it with him safely.
The addressee watches your video when they scan the QR code on your postcard using the Mobile Postcard app or the camera on a (recent) smartphone, or by using a separately downloaded QR app.
Only use photos that you own. Do not use shocking, unethical or illegal photos. If we get reports of improper images or messages, we will report them to the judicial or regulatory authorities. The client is responsible for the content of the postcard.
To send or return your parcel with the postman, the following conditions apply:  The postman must first deliver a parcel to your home address. You can't just leave it ready at the door or approach the postman in the street. Your parcel cannot weigh more than 30 kg. You are allowed to give the postman maximum 2 parcels per visit. Your parcel must be ready for shipping with a shipping or return label from bpost on it. Keep in mind that the postman can refuse your parcel if it does not meet the conditions or if they cannot transport the parcel safely.
You enter the promotional code after creating the postcard, when you are ready to send it – after adding the address of the addressee. Note: you can only use a promotional code and send a card with a Mobile Postcard account.
