Can I purchase one shipping label in the eShop?

No, You can no longer buy pre-franked shipping labels in our eShop. In order to improve the quality of our products, we will no longer be selling pre-franked labels in our eShop, Post Offices, Postal Points or Parcel Points as from 15/04/2025. Of course, you can still use the prepaid labels you have already purchased from us. They will remain valid until 31/12/2026. If you would like to create a shipping label online, you can use our shipping tool . You can also visit a Post Office, Postal Point or Parcel Point.

How can I receive my money?

You pick up the money in a Post Office in your neighbourhood or in a Ria agency. On the ‘Receive money’ form, fill in the transaction PIN code, the first and last name of the sender, and the country where the money was sent. Give the completed form to the counter clerk together with your identity document. After your details are checked, the counter clerk will pay out the amount in cash.

Your parcel does not receive extra protection if you send it in a bpost box. If you want extra protection, choose the ‘With warranty’ shipping option. You can select this mailing option when creating a shipping label via the online shipping tool. Or go to a Post Office or Post Point near you and ask the counter clerk to send your parcel with warranty. You can also choose the ‘With warranty’ option for parcels sent abroad.
The PIN code alone is not sufficient. The sender must write your name 100% correct. You must ask the sender to modify that small spelling or clerical error in the Post Office or Ria agency where the money was sent. You can only pick up the money after your name has been corrected.
If your name is spelled wrong, only the sender can modify it. Ask the sender to go to the Post Office or Ria agency where he or she sent the money. That is the only place where he or she can modify the spelling of your name. Once the spelling has been changed, you can pick up the money.
