To send a letter abroad, you need an international stamp: a Europe stamp for European destinations a World stamp for the rest of the world. You can use whatever sort of paper or envelope for your international letter. You can mail your letter by dropping it in one of bpost's Red Mailboxes or drop it off in a Post Office or Postal Point .

You can send several postcards in one go. Create your postcards first, add personalised messages and the addresses, then click on 'Close'. The design of those cards will be saved. When you are done, go to 'Follow-up' and tap on the 'Send Multiple Cards' button.
You can also transfer money to your addressee's bank account. An international bank transfer takes longer than a money transfer with Ria Money Transfer. Depending on the time difference in the destination country and the opening hours of the Ria agency, your addressee can pick up the money a few minutes later with Ria Money Transfer.

If you send goods, they must always be sent as a parcel. The price to send a parcel abroad depends on the weight, size, destination and the options you choose. Can I follow my letter with Track & Trace?

Currently you cannot follow your letters and cards online with Track & Trace. That is because thy don't have a unique reference number or barcode. You cannot follow priority and non-priority mail sent to destinations inside or outside Belgium. If your mail does have a barcode, for example a parcel or registered Mail, then you can follow it online with Track & Trace.
You can send the following items in Belgium with registered mail with customised insurance: coins gold or silver objects jewellery or other valuable materials securities or bearer bonds Some countries, such as the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, do not accept this service. Ask a Post Office clerk or our Customer Care Centre whether this service is accepted in the destination country.
When you send money with Ria Money Transfer, the addressee can pick up the money a few minutes later. As soon as the recipient has received the transaction PIN code, he or she can pick up the money in a Ria agency.
