Can I use my franking machine with the new red memorial bag?
FAQ
Residential
No, a franked envelope can cause issues with automatic processing and tracking of memorial invitations. Therefore, do not use a franking machine when using the red memorial bag. Note: You can still use your franking machine for memorial invitations, but they will be sent through the traditional priority mail circuit and will not benefit from our new approach.

If the counter clerk at your Post Office or Post Point asks you to pay, then the return shipment is not free. Read the terms and conditions for returning parcels on the website of the online shop. Your return shipment is probably an exception to the free returns policy.
Sometimes the Pick-up point changes at the last minute – for example, when a parcel locker is full or a location is temporarily closed. In that case, bpost will deliver your parcel to another location nearby. The webshop email may still refer to the originally planned Pick-up point, which can be a bit confusing. Rely on the email from bpost: it contains the correct address to collect your parcel.
We will only leave a failed delivery notice if we cannot reach you digitally. That helps us cut our paper consumption. For the latest information about the status and whereabouts of your parcel, see our emails, the My bpost app or Track & Trace . You can collect your parcel by showing the barcode number of your parcel in the e-mail or in the My bpost app.
