How do I know who the sender of my registered mail is?

If you are not home, a failed delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. It contains all the information about your registered mail that we have received from the sender. You can also find this information via Track & Trace.

For registered mail, we generally do not receive digital information from the sender. If there is no sender on Track & Trace or on your failed delivery notice, customer care cannot give you any extra information either.
