How do I know which email address I will have to use to log in from now on?

The email address with which you must log in from now on depends on the account(s) you have already created.
 

1. I have an account for one of these bpost tools or apps
   
   You can continue to use this account with the email address and password that you presently use. This account has automatically become your ‘bpost account’. From now on, you can also log into the other tools and apps for which the new bpost account is valid.
    
2. I have an account for multiple of these bpost tools or apps.
   
   In this case, it depends on whether you use the same email address for the different accounts.
   
   - I use the same email address
   
   If you use the same email address for different accounts, you can continue to use it to log in. If you don't succeed in logging in, find out what you need to do.
   
   - I use a different email address
   
   If you use a different email address, you now have multiple ‘bpost accounts’. You can continue to log in with your current login details.
   
   If you would rather keep one account that allows you to log in to both tools, find out what you need to do.
