I cannot log in using my password. What should I do?
Try the password you use to log in to one of these bpost tools or applications. It’s possible that this has replaced your current password. That's because bpost is switching to a single bpost account.
If you can't remember your password and the password of a different bpost tool or app doesn’t work, you can always request a new password via 'forgot password' on the login screen. You will receive an email with further instructions on how to create a new password. This password will then be valid for all applications and tools linked to the updated bpost account.
