Before your international registered mail leaves Belgium, you can follow it via Track & Trace or the My bpost app. After it leaves Belgium, you can follow your shipment via the tracking tool of the foreign post operator. What is Mail Ahead?

Mail Ahead in the My bpost app allows you to see your incoming mail, even before the mail carrier drops it in the letterbox. You will see an image of the outside of your personal mail that you will receive in your letterbox that day. This newly launched feature is in its beta version and not yet available to everyone. Our beta tester community is growing, and you may become part of it soon. Alternatively, you can access it once it’s fully launched.
If you have received one, the pick-up location and term will be stated on your failed delivery notice. If you have chosen in the My bpost app to have registered mail delivered straight to a Post Office or Post Point near you, you will receive a push notification in the app and e-mail as soon as the registered mail is available for pick-up.
