If you send a parcel abroad, then it depends on the local customs agency whether you receive a new status or not. As soon as customs releases the parcel, it is delivered to the addressee by the local postal service. You can follow the status of your parcel in the My bpost app or via Track & Trace.

If you have a no-advertising sticker and you still receive unaddressed advertising, contact our Customer Care Centre (FR: 02 278 50 14 - NL: 02 278 50 15 ). Take into account that bpost is not the only company to deliver free local papers.
The person you send your registered mail item to cannot see who the sender is before delivery. The addressee can see in Track & Trace and the My bpost app that registered mail is on the way as soon as the mail item enters our network. But the addressee will not see who the sender is until it is delivered.

Just like you pack regular mail: Protect the contents properly. Provide suitable and sturdy packaging with the correct dimensions. You can use a bpost box or your own box. If the box is still in good shape, then you can reuse it to send your parcel back. Remove the original shipping label or place your return label on top of the original shipping label.
